We cleaned up two years of vibe-coded tools. Seven API keys were still live.

Two years of building small tools with AI left 120GB of leftovers, duplicate projects, more than two dozen API keys in plain text, and a daily job that failed every morning for eight weeks without anyone noticing. Building is cheap now. Owning what you built is not.

Most partner plans stop at the partners you can see from inside Salesforce

Ask an ISV for its partner plan and you hear two things: get the AEs to bring us in, and recruit the SIs. The partners who send the second deal are the ones who get paid when your customer stays. The five kinds of partner we map, and why the CRM misses most of them.

I needed one place for every meeting. So I built a recorder in chat.

Calls happen in Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, phone bridges, and customer links. The work after the call should not depend on which meeting tool hosted it, so I built one local place for transcripts, summaries, and todos.

What it actually takes to launch a net-new ISV on the Salesforce AppExchange

A revenue operations software company had a working product and no Salesforce presence. AppExchange listing, field activation, a strategic ISV reseller partnership, and an SI partner program, built from scratch across two and a half years. What the process actually looked like.
